It's all about the chicken and the monkey!

That's right you guessed it for Halloween, I found myself "sporting" a chicken costume, provided by my Grandma Nancy. On October 31st, our church held an outreach event to the South Bay called "Harvestfest", which is an alternative to Halloween. It's very cool, they transform our parking lot to a festival, with food, music, game booths and of course, lots and lots of candy.

Here I am with dad, can you guess what his costume is?
Me and the "Ochoa" girls...excuse me Kloie, Kristi and Kaylee, can I get some space?

Pastor Stef, Aunt Peggy and my cousin, Shonna the chicken!

Here are some pics of my Friday night crew, the Nerida and Villasenor "kids", Caleb, Sky, Belli and Max...oh yeah, there's also Auntie Viv, Auntie Z and Uncle Luis.

Who do think they're trying to be? You're right, Sandy and Danny Zuko from Grease

Here I am with Auntie Olivia, Uncle Marvin, Uncle Art and Auntie Brittany (below)

Just in case you couldn't tell...The ladybug in the picture is Juliana Reyna.

As you can tell I could only take so much of the chicken costume, so i had to change into something more comfortable. Now this is more like it.

Now you're probably wondering, why am I wearing another costume, well a couple weeks earlier, Downey Regional Hospital had a reunion for all those that were in the infant ward. I know you can't tell but a couple of days after I was born, I was diagnosed with jaundice and dehydration, so mom and dad had to take me back to the hospital, where I stayed for a couple of days. Anyway, back to the story, the Hospital has a reunion around Halloween to bring back all those that were successfully released from the care unit, just to catch up and see how much we have each grown.

This is a monumental moment in my history...my first lollipop...boy was it good!

Here I am...practicing one of my favorite pastimes. Next time we're near a piano, you need to let me play you an original song.

Here I am with a couple of the nurses who took care of me when I was in the infant critical care unit.

Here are a couple of girls who were also in the unit, look we're all big and healthy now...thanks to all the doctors and nurses at Downey Regional Hospital.
Here's a cool story about this monkey costume. My dad bought this monkey costume for me at WalMart in Gardena while mom was at the Pastor's wives conference in Murieta. The cool thing is that mom was about to buy the very same monkey costume for me at the WalMart in Murieta. Is that crazy or what, both my parents in two separate places, were going to buy the very same monkey costume. Wow, talk about being made for each other...I'm glad their my mom and dad.

Man, I really like playing!

Here I am at Jesus, Mommy and Me class. This class is so much fun, not only do I get to see all my friends and play with all the cool toys in the nursery, but we get to sing worship songs and learn about Jesus. Too bad we can't have this everyday.

Let's play a game of follow the leader. Watch out! Are you sure you're going to fit, I mean what will happen if your head gets stuck.

Hey Victoria, I dare you to try to get in that blue tube without getting stuck.

I'm getting my game on at Chuck E Cheese for Jeremiah's 1st Birthday Party.

Here I am with my cousins, Trust and Honesty in Las Vegas. Their dad is Uncle Paul, who I haven't gotten a chance to meet yet. Here we are at "uncle" Bayani's house, he's not really my uncle, he's actually my great uncle, since he is my "nanay's" younger brother. Here we are and they're trying to teach me how to play the piano.
Do you guys know anything by Mozart? How about Beetoven? Can you guys play "mary had a little lamb"? Cool, can you teach me that song?

I'm a big boy now, as you can see from the band-aids that I went in for my one year check up, and the doctor gave me some shots not to mention they took some of my blood. That was a really cool experience, you see they take this really long needle and stick it into one of my veins and out comes the blood, it was so neat to see my blood fill the vial so quickly.

Hey guys, check out the cool neon green lizard!

Here I am with Riley posing for the camera.

Here I am with the boys, Stephen-Fua and Michael.

Planes, Cars & a wedding

Move out of the way, I haven't gotten my drivers's license yet.

Man, that flash is really bright.

Alright, who keeps taking my picture when I'm asleep in my car seat. You know that pictures of people sleeping aren't always the most flattering type of pictures. I know you wouldn't want me to take your picture while you're sleeping, right?

Here I am, at Auntie Domi and Uncle Jimmy's wedding. How do you like my suit, I got it tailor made at this place, maybe you've heard of it, the Burlington Coat Factory.
If you get a chance, you should check it out, maybe you'll find a suit just as good as mine.
Here's a picture of Auntie Domi and Uncle Jimmy. If you get a chance to talk to them, have them explain their testimony of what happened 6 months before the wedding, it will blow your mind to see the hand of God in their lives.

Hey mom, I think they're cutting the cake right now.

Hey mom, what's up with my left eye

Oh yeah, one of the monumental things that happened right after my 1st Birthday was that I started to walk. Yes, I know you have all been waiting for this and I knew I would get the hang of it sooner or later. Now, you can't stop me.
