Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas!

Feliz Navidad...Maligayang Pasko...in whatever language...Merry Christmas from the Mascardo's

We pray that you had an awesome Christmas season. In the midst of the shopping and parties, all the decorations and songs...you were able to get a glimpse of Jesus. We know it's sometimes hard to seem Him in the midst of the busyness, but He's there...that's why they called Him "Immanuel", which means "God with us." We hope that you keep that in mind this upcoming year...2010. God is with us.

J.J. and Micah in their Peru beanies from Dad's mission trip last summer.

Aaawww...look it's us the Mascardo's by our "Charlie Brown" Christmas tree.

Me and Dad waiting in line at "It's a Small World." It's become a Mascardo tradition, at least for as long as I've been alive to go to Disneyland during the Christmas season. I can't wait for the "fireworks" and the "snow". Well, it's not actually snow, but it's the next best thing...bubbles.

"I'm ready to open presents, is it midnight yet?" Man, it's way past my bedtime. Do you know why the Mascardo's wait until Midnight to open presents...can't you open it a little earlier...I am a growing boy and I need my sleep.
By the way, why am I still up...it must be all the candy and cookies Tatay keeps giving me. Hey Micah...you better get up or else I'm going to have to open your presents.
CHRISTMAS EVE with the Mascardo's

O.K. Is this a tennis raquet or a ukelele? I was actually hoping for a skateboard.

Awright, my very own green dinosaur! This will have to do until the skateboard.
So what do you do after you come out of the tunnel?
CHRISTMAS morning with the "Ton's"

Uncle Vu and us (me, Maddy and Bella)...doesn't uncle Vu look so cool with his hat.
Uncle Mike is holding Micah who is enjoying his favorite Christmas present, a white plastic spoon.

Uncle Vu, that's funny tell me another joke!

Here we are out to dinner at a Chinese restaurant the night before the Kaono's (Auntie Chris, Ate Jessica and Kuya Tony) leave for Florida. I believe dad was craving one of his favorite Chinese dishes...salt & pepper pork chop. My personal favorite is the...."steamed rice"...it was all you can eat. While at this specific restaurant I came to the conclusion that the louder the people talked in the restaurant (especially in a different language) the better the food...do you agree?

Ready for FALL

"Ok, Check it out Micah, this is what you do when you want something...it may not always work with mom and dad, but will always work with our grandparents."
"So, JJ, does there always have to be tears?"

Kicking back under a tree at Wilson Park
I'm so glad mom and dad like taking pictures with me.

So this is what you do at a pumpkin patch...interesting?
Hey, Hey, Hey...

So who said there's not such thing as the "Great Pumpkin", Linus was right.

So what you guys say we get some ice cream right now...what do you think Micah?

Micah looking cool in his W-Beater

I like carousels!

Ok, I actually like them better after my afternoon nap!

Micah and I are so thankful, God has blessed us with so many people that care about us. We hope to learn many things from them.

Micah and Grandma

Check out this cute pic of Micah and Auntie Michelle

Let me set the record straight, that is actually me, JJ, not my stunt double. I learned from an early age to do all my stunts.

We love our uncles!

Micah, what are you looking at?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JJ

Oh yes...There's nothing better than eating ice cream and wearing a sombrero on your birthday. That's right on September 17th, I celebrated my 2nd Birthday. I know it's hard to believe, but time flies when you're having fun.

Hey Micah, doesn't this look good, too bad you're going to have to wait some time before you can have some of this...But guess what little brother, it will be worth the wait.

For my birthday, mom and dad suprised me by taking me to San Diego for my 1st visit to Sea World. Sea World was so cool, I especially liked the Sea Lion and Shamu show. Those animals looked so much bigger in person. Here I am trying to touch this starfish, you got a good grip on me right, dad.

We also made a visit to a local beach in Del Mar and boy that was fun, running back and forth from the ocean waves, I wasn't supposed to get wet, but you know how that goes.

Here I am with my first pair of ears and gloves...What do you think?

Here we are the Mascardo boys, Micah and JJ with dad taking a break at Disneyland.

Ok, dad for my next birthday, I'll be praying for a bicycle.

They should know me by now, No cake is safe around me.
