I'm back...Wow, I can't believe it's almost Christmas. This past month since Thanksgiving has been pretty busy for us. So much has been going on, with all that I've been going to a whole lot of different places. So I have had to really learn how to remain entertained in a car seat. As you can see this one moment that I actually enjoyed sitting in the car seat. The reason why was Grandma Nancy was trying to make me laugh.
Boy, this past month was filled with some interesting moments. This past month, I had to go for my 2 month check-up at Doctor Kato's office, which wasn't too bad. That was until the nurse pulled out a big needle, I thought to myself, "What are they going to do with that "big" needle?" then I realized it had my name written all over it. The nurse gave me 4 shots, the first one wasn't too bad, but the rest, man did it hurt! You would think that they would be nice and space them out over a period of time, but to have 4 shots at the same time. The only cool thing was that they gave me 2 Bugs Bunny band-aids.
NURSERY ON A FRIDAY NIGHT
One of the firsts this month was going to nursery at Calvary Chapel South Bay. This was my first time being at church without mom or dad. You see dad teaches the Bridge, which is the College Age/ Young Adult group at churcn on Friday nights. And it's been a while since mom heard him share about the Bible. So mom and dad decided it would be a good idea to get me used to being in the nursery. Mom said I was going to be in good hands, and she was right Auntie Denise and Auntie Olympia took real good care of me. As you can see, Auntie Olympia is reading a book to me. I can't wait until I get to go again.
IT'S A SMALL WORLD AFTER ALL...
As you can see from the picture below, I went to Disneyland for the first time on Monday, December 3. From what I remember it was fun, at least for the parts that I was awake. Mom and Dad have this tradition, well, it's not really a tradition yet, because they just started it last year. Anyway, the tradition is that they go to Disneyland during the Christmas season and buy an ornament for the Christmas tree.

Dad wanted my first time to be real cool, so he wanted me to go on "It's a small world", and as we started to get in line, the Disneyland people said they were shutting it down...Bummer. Not only that the only line Dad waited in was the line to take his and mom's picture for the annual pass...Another Bummer...it's ok though, Dad said, Disneyland is still the happiest place on earth. I don't know if you can tell but this particular time, Dad wasn't feeling too good, as you can probably see from the picture, he would say, he looked "tore up from the floor up", so we had to cut our trip short,

"HANDY" HANDS
Another discovery I made during this time frame was I discovered that I have "hands" and you know what they come in handy, for example when I'm hungry, and mom is busy at the moment I can take my "handy dandy" hands and suck on them. And you know what they don't taste too bad, you should try it next time you're hungry. I also suck on my hands anytime that I need to be comforted. God is so smart to give us hands to suck on.
DAD'S BIRTHDAY PARTY
On Saturday, December 1, Mom had a Birthday dinner for dad. His actual birthday was on December 5th. It was his 3?th Birthday. If I tell you how old he is, he may be a bit upset, so I'll let you guess. Anyway, mom invited quite a few people. We went to Korean BBQ, it was cool, everybody got to cook their meat on the grill. And then we went to our house and watched, one of dad's favorites "Charlie Brown Christmas". It was my first time watching it, pretty good cartoon. I just don't understand why everybody gets mad at Charlie Brown, my best part was when Linus says "Lights, please" and he starts to recited the Christmas Story from the book of Luke chapter 2. Anyway, here are some pictures of that night. If I don't see you before Christmas, have a great time with your family and friends.
