DAD'S SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 4th.
The real surprise in all of this is that, Uncle Randolph really surprised Dad. This is how, when they took off dad's blindfold, dad was facing a group of 25 Asian people...so you think cool...well...these were 25 Asian people were strangers who just wished dad a happy birthday.
Then uncle randolph had dad turn around and there they were about 80 of dad's "peeps". It was great to see dad's surprised face.
It was an awesome time, at the World China Buffet. Uncle Fredo led us in a time of worship, Uncle Randolph m.c'd the event, Uncle Xavier did a great impersonation of Dad. There was a cool slide show, Rigo, Christine and Jasmine sang a worship song and a bunch of people said all these nice things about dad.
Just between you and me, I believe all the nice things people said about dad, was because dad is just living for Jesus and as a result, all these nice things come out of dad's life.

Here is mom serenading dad with a love song, I think it's called "I love You".

Dad said the birthday party was perfect, the only thing wrong was they put the wrong number on the birthday cake, instead of a "4" it should have been a....you can take a guess.

Here is a picture of some of the people at the end of the birthday party.

"mom, can we buy this, i know exactly where i want to put it in my room?"

"Nathan, how many pictures are our parents going to take of us?"

Ok, check this out...You know how the bible says in Psalms 37.4 "Delight yourself in the Lord and HE will give you desires of your heart. Well this is what happened, we (our family) went out to dinner and there was a lady who was celebrating her birthday. When the waiters and waitresses came out to sing her "Happy Birthday" and instead bringing out a cake they bring out a huge piece of cotton candy as you can see. We'll I was really eyeing it and hoping that she would drop a piece of cotton candy on the floor, so I could quickly pick it up and it. But that's not what happened, you see I prayed and asked God, "could I have a piece of that cotton candy." When all of a sudden, she comes over and puts this big hunk of cotton candy in front of me and says "enjoy". Needless to say, me and micah, did not hesitate to enjoy.

One of the things, I picked up this fall was indoor soccer. Man, this was so much fun. The idea of kicking a soccer ball as hard as I can. Even Micah had fun, but somehow he still didn't get the concept of kicking instead of holding onto the soccer ball.

Here we are on a Friday night after the Bridge Young Adult Ministry. You can find us here hanging out with our friends, Caleb, Kloie, Max, Kristi, Skylar, Kaylee, Nathan and Zoe.

As you may know, this fall was my first semester in preschool and it was so much fun. As you can tell I was superman for our Halloween party. Tyler was a Jedi Warrior.
Here we are the class of 2024

Here's the Mascardo mascot, Micah the Monkey!

There's nothing better than being a superhero! or a tiger, or a monkey, ok, if you're a girl, there's nothing better than being a princess, right Julianna.

Our family attended a Halloween party and mom and dad decided it would be cool to dress with a particular theme, can you figure it out?

Ok, everyone watch very closely, I learned all these moves from "the Karate Kid."
"Micah-son, wax on, wax off"
"dad, I'm not to sure how washing your car is going to help me with my karate"
"Don't worry, mom and dad are just acting for the picture, right?" Mom and dad are funny, they're always doing stuff like this. Thank God they love Jesus. Once again, from the Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the Mascardo's
