FIRST MONTHS 2011: Sand, Snow, Aquariums & IPads

New Year's Day: Enjoying perfect Southern California weather on the first day of 2011. What a way to spend the first day of 2011, seeing God's creation and spending our time together as a family.

"Micah, check this out...it's sand and lots of it."

"Ok, who can I throw this snowball at?"

J.J. & Auntie K
"So Kristi do you think it's safe to roll this big snowball down the hill?"

CELEBRATING 1/2 OF OUR CULTURE

Here we are dressed in our native "Vietnamese" native costume. As you know mom is Vietnamese and we're happy to be expose to our culture.

Alright Micah, if you want to be on my team, you have to kick the soccer ball into this hula-hoop.

The Wonder of the Ocean
Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach

Hey, Kayla and Kiana, check out this interesting fish...looks like it's trying to tell us something, too bad it's not as cute as the other ones. God does have a sense of humor when He created this one.

Ok, Micah that's the one you gotta to try and catch, got it.

The "Wonder" of the Ipad

So dad, all my friends are getting one. Don't you want me to get a jump ahead on my education. And don't you want me to be athletic, I hear this really helps with you hand-eye coordination. By the way, don't you have your income tax return coming soon?

Here we are getting a little crazy...that's what happens when you give us a little to much ice cream.
